Domestic Shipping (India)

All orders within India are processed within 1–2 business days and dispatched via premium courier partners.

Standard Shipping (5–7 days): ₹99 — Free on orders over ₹2,999
Express Shipping (2–3 days): ₹249
Same-Day (select metros): ₹499

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders are dispatched via tracked express services.

Asia-Pacific (5–8 days): ₹799
USA, Canada, UK, EU (7–12 days): ₹1,499
Rest of World (10–15 days): ₹1,999

Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Atelier Noir does not collect or remit these fees.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch. You can track your package in real-time via the courier's website.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
With all original tags attached
In their original packaging

To initiate a return, email returns@ateliernoir.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 48 hours.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Note: Sale items and limited-edition drops are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact support@ateliernoir.co within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
